Urone was born from Elina's initiative, who ventured into entrepreneurship three times during her studies, starting at the age of 17, in the fields of social innovation, product development, and education.

These experiences allowed her to realize the significant challenges in youth entrepreneurship : understanding their real needs and addressing them within educational ecosystems. She observed a disconnect between their needs and the existing support initiatives, which were often underdeveloped and misaligned with their expectations.

In response, she founded Urone in March 2023 to help organization better understand entrepreneurs & intrapreneurs and to implement new initiatives that support them, providing various solutions and tools to foster entrepreneurship within their environments.

Founder of 3 startups in social entrepreneurship, product development, and in the consulting area, I have experienced many entrepreneurship ecosystems and have observed that there is still a lot of untapped potential to better help entrepreneurs.

During my varied professional experience within SMEs (Small and medium size enterprises), startups, big companies and educational institutions, the needs were confirmed, both for entrepreneurs and intrapreneurs. I have designed people-centered processes to activate unresolved projects, connect people, put in place concrete actions, and draw the red line often missing.

Through active listening and assessment of the stakeholders’ needs and concerns, we co-design solutions to meet the strategic goals of your institution, by motivating, connecting, and embarking your entrepreneurs and your employees.
